SiteCat は 2026年3月29日をもってサービスを終了し、App Store からの配信も停止しました。
サーバー上に保存されているすべてのユーザーデータは、2026年5月31日までに完全に削除されます。

SiteCat ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collected, used, and safeguarded your information while you used our mobile application.

- Account Information: Email address and name when you signed in with Google
- Website Data: URLs and configuration of websites you chose to monitor
- Monitoring Results: Status check results and link scan data
Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version
- Authentication Data: Google Sign-In tokens (managed by Firebase Authentication)
How We Used Your Information
- Service Provision: Monitoring websites and detecting broken links
- Account Management: User authentication and data synchronization
- Security: Protecting against unauthorized access
Data Storage and Security
Your data was stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud Platform, us-central1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security measures.
All user data (account data, monitoring history, scan results) will be permanently deleted by May 31, 2026 following service termination.
Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google Cloud) was used for authentication and data storage. These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing
We did not sell your personal information, share your data with advertisers, or use your data for marketing purposes. Information may have been shared only when required by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
SiteCat was not intended for users under 13 years of age. We did not knowingly collect information from children.

As SiteCat has been discontinued, the Terms of Service are no longer in effect. The full text that applied during the service period is available below.
Terms of Service — Full Text (November 21, 2025)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SiteCat mobile application ("the App"), you agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you did not agree to these Terms, you were not to use the App.
2. Description of Service
SiteCat provided: website uptime monitoring, broken link detection, multi-site management, and cloud data synchronization. The service was provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. User Account
3.1 Account Creation: Users were required to create an account using Google Sign-In, provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be at least 13 years of age.
3.2 Account Responsibility: Users were responsible for all activities under their account and were required to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
Permitted: Monitoring websites you owned or had permission to monitor; detecting broken links on authorized websites; managing monitoring configurations.
Prohibited: Monitoring websites without authorization; attempting to overload or attack monitored websites; illegal use; reverse engineering the App; sharing accounts; using automated tools to access the App; collecting data from other users.
5. Service Limitations
We strived for 99.9% uptime but did not guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance may have caused temporary interruptions.
6. Data and Privacy
Users retained ownership of their monitoring data. Our use of data was governed by our Privacy Policy. Data was stored securely on Google Cloud Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The SiteCat name, logo, and app design are our property and protected by copyright. Users retained ownership of their monitoring configurations and results.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP WAS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING accuracy of monitoring results, reliability of link detection, compatibility with all devices, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We were not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability did not exceed the amount paid in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
Users agreed to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from use of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or monitoring of unauthorized websites.
11. Governing Law
These Terms were governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes were to be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
